The West Grand Neighborhood Organization describes its area as extending from the Grand River on the east to Bridge Street on the south, with Bristol Avenue along the southwest and the city limits to the north. This page uses the City of Grand Rapids neighborhood map for its listing search. Organization boundaries and the city's mapped area may differ, so check the actual property location when comparing homes near an edge.
Richmond Park offers a useful starting point for exploring this part of the city. The city lists trails, a nature area, a playground and a pool among its amenities. Visit the park and the streets around any home you are considering to see how the location fits your routines. For a downtown trip or a regular commute, test your route at the time you expect to use it.

The current listing sample includes houses dating to the early twentieth century, along with condominium and multifamily options. Age alone does not tell you a home's condition. Compare maintenance records, major systems, inspection findings and the work already completed. For a condominium, review association dues and documents; for a multifamily property, ask about occupancy, leases and permitted use.

Explore Creston and the Westside Connection market report. Comparing individual listings across these areas can help you see the tradeoffs in location, space, condition and ongoing costs.
Save your listing search to get updates as homes become available. For a broader view of activity, use the West Grand market report and its separate signup option. The existing report uses a broader property search and may include non-housing records. A report is a starting point for a conversation about specific properties; it is not a valuation of your home.
