Choose Your Starting Point

• Build a home search using your location, budget and property preferences.
• Choose a community or school district, then open its listing search.
• Compare Grand Rapids neighborhoods and open the guide's mapped listings.
• Compare downtown condos and select a building or the broader urban condo search.

How to Save Your Search

1. Open the listing results and use Refine Search to check the location, budget, bedrooms and property types.
2. Select Save Search above the results.
3. If you are new, choose "Click here to sign up" in the sign-in prompt and complete the registration form. Existing members can sign in.
4. Follow the saved-search prompts and review the criteria before saving. Use your account's Saved Searches area to revisit your searches.

Creating an account and opening a signup form are different steps: your search is not saved until you complete the site's save-search process.

Listing Alerts or Market Reports?

Listing alerts follow a search for homes you may want to buy. Monthly market reports summarize activity in an area. Choose listing alerts when you want to track matching properties, and a guide's market-report option when you want broader market context.
